Lingerie and beauty retail giant Victoria’s Secret, responsible for the careers of some of our favorite super models, just released its Victoria’s Secret 2012 What Is Sexy? List. The annual list is in its seventh year and names the sexiest celebrities in the business, giving them notoriety for specific features and attributes from “Best Smile” to “Sexiest Tweeter.”

While we agree wholeheartedly with most of the winners, we can’t help but give a standing ovation for the champion of the Best Legs category, Stacy Keibler.
Known for her mile-long legs, Stacy Keibler engages in kickboxing and dancing to keep her gams tight and toned.

However, to really take the extra pounds off of the thighs, and firm them too, you need to combine aerobic exercise, like running and hiking, with toning moves such as squats and lunges with leg lifts. “Aerobic exercise helps to shed that top layer of fat, and the toning moves help to firm up the underlying muscles,” says celebrity trainer Linda LaRue.
