Victoria Beckham had a busy weekend. Not only did she showcase her spring/summer 2020 collection at London Fashion week, but she also debuted her beauty brand to the world.

Victoria Beckham Beauty will include color cosmetics, skin care and wellness products with a single goal in mind: a celebration of ourselves.

“It’s not about trying to make ourselves look any different, any younger,” Beckham announced at the brand’s launch party, as Harper’s Bazaar notes. “I’m not going to be coming out with products saying they’re going to get rid of wrinkles, because that’s bullshit,” said Beckham at her launch party. “I think we should celebrate who we are, and be the best, most powerful version of ourselves and celebrate that and celebrate each other, and as women be strong together.”

Another main idea the brand was founded on: “beauty should complement and empower the dynamic life you lead.” According to the brand’s website, the Beckham Beauty will only include the products Beckham “felt were missing from her makeup bag—cleanly formulated, high performance beauty solutions for the modern individual who lives life on-the-move and to the fullest.”

The first collection that’s launching is, fittingly, all about eyes. “It made sense for us to start with an eye story, because that is something that is very signature to me—a smoky, sexy eye,” the founder explained.

In the collection: Smoky Eye Bricks ($54), a curated selection of four eyeshadow shades to create a variety of different looks in one palette, in four timeless colorways; Beckham’s “crystal-infused eyeshadow,” Lid Lustre, ($36) in four dazzling shades for more of a “wet” look, and an intensely pigmented pencil, promised to be long-wearing and waterproof, called the Satin Kajal Liner ($26) in black, bronze and Bordeaux.

Next month promises a lip category launch, and the following, according to the beauty maven? “It’s even more exciting.”
