Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent has been candid about her plastic surgery regrets in the past, but a new interview with People is proving that the reality star hasn’t let past experiences deter her from treatments. Instead, it’s only made her smarter about which ones work best for her.

Even though Kent claims she “loves” plastic surgery and even admits to getting her breasts done, she also confesses there’s one treatment she’s gotten way too much of in the past. “So, I’ve had every part of my face injected,” said Kent. “The things I’ve decided to stop doing is the filler in the cheekbones, the Botox above the eyebrow and the lips because I just feel like I’m a walking cat-duck. It looks like a cat and a duck had a baby and that’s me.”
Currently, the only places Kent does allow herself to get injected are her jawline, chin and forehead. However, just because Kent has toned it down on her choice of injections, doesn’t mean she thinks others should follow suit. “If you like injections and you like plastic surgery, I feel like, if you feel comfortable and you feel beautiful, than do you boo.”
Ultimately, Kent’s message that plastic surgery is a personal choice is a healthy way to view treatments and procedures, particularly because it supports body positivity, as well as women’s ability to make decisions about their body based on their own desires. “I think just sitting there and going, ‘You know what, this is my body and I love it and I could change it tomorrow or I could leave it the way it is and I just think women are gorgeous,’” Kent explains at the end of the interview. “The female body, there’s nothing hotter. So reveal that.”
