What are your most requested procedures?

Why do you employ a less-is-more approach?

Whenever we, as plastic surgeons,
try to use injectables alone to
recreate youth and “erase” lines,
we risk filling too much and creating
an unfavorable look. With injectables,
less truly is more
What surgical advancements are you most excited about?

I’ve always been an advocate of the
lip lift and perioral rejuvenation.
There has been a huge increase
in our specialty’s attention to this
area. I have been a thought leader in
Nashville when it comes to perioral
rejuvenation, and I’m excited to see
the improvement in results that
come with this

My practice got an amazing jump
start when I did a facelift on a former
Playboy centerfold. She got a great
result and told everyone in the music
industry. It catapulted me to a volume
of plastic surgery work that most
people don’t see until they’re 15 years

From the start of my training,
I have been interested in anatomy
and beauty. I led the team that
discovered the fat compartments
of the face, which is the anatomical
research that guides what we do
