Everyone woman wants to feel good about her butt. However, getting your rear end in shape can be a complicated feat. No matter what kind of improvement your backside needs, these three options can help you look your best in your yoga pants.

1. Liposuction: Get rid of unwanted fat, which may be inhibiting your butt shape
For those who suffer from a butt that’s too big, liposuction can be your best friend. With different types of techniques that your doctor can choose from, liposuction permanently gets rid of extra fat cells via suction to give the butt a more sculpted, shapely appearance. In order to keep some sort of semblance between the butt and the hips, waistline and thighs, most plastic surgeons choose to treat the surrounding areas, too. If your overall weight is ideal for your body type and diet and exercise are doing little to define your curves, talk to your plastic surgeon about liposuction.

Paul, MD. Another reason for its adoration is due to the fact that it’s one procedure that dramatically transforms the figure into a more feminine shape. “Butt augmentation consists of fat grafting but liposuction is usually performed as well, to give definition to the hips and thighs, so it’s like you’re getting two procedures in one,” says Miami Beach, FL, plastic surgeon Leonard Tachmes, MD.
The bottom line: Think of this procedure as having double benefits: It adds shape and if you go the fat transfer route, you’ll eliminate unwanted fat pockets from elsewhere on the body.

3. Butt-Building Workout: Tone the lower body and create shape and definition
