Word on the street is that a simple, semi-permanent mascara treatment is making regular ol’ mascara look like a wimp. Sure, the mascara in your makeup bag might last through the day-minus a smudge here and a smudge there. It may temporarily lengthen lashes, perhaps even curl them too (if you’re lucky). And if it’s waterproof, it even stands a chance of lasting through Terms of Endearment (maybe-that one’s a real tearjerker).
But CryBaby semi-permanent mascara treatment claims to do it all-curl, lengthen and thicken lashes, all while remaining waterproof, smudge-proof and clump-free for up to three weeks. See? We told you it was a bully.
Now, whether it’s giving LashDip (the first of the semi-permanent kind to really take off) a run for its money is debatable. LashDip costs up to $300, lasts up to six weeks and was featured on the Today Show’s “Beauty Breakthroughs of 2011”. CryBaby on the other hand, costs about $60, but lasts only half the time. Whichever is the winner, our wand mascara is definitely shaking in its little tube.
Have you, or would you, ever try semi-permanent mascara?
