Models are paid to look younger and better than rest of the world, so it’s no surprise when women with glowing skin, toned bodies and the perfect hair surface on the internet with “Model” at the top of their Instagram bios. But every once in a while, women pop up with ages that don’t match their faces (or the rest of their bodies), and Risa Hirako, a well-known Japanese model, is no exception.

While she doesn’t look a day older than we did at our college graduations, she’s actually 45 years old. We (and the rest of the world) are crediting fillers and photo filters to help her look even younger, but according to her Instagram page, a diet of almond milk, fruit and honey (along with exercise) aid in her ageless appearance.
