Bangs have a magical ability to instantly give you a new look. Whether it’s trendy blunt bangs or softer side-swept bangs, they can often be your hair’s best accessory. With that in mind, The Private Room in Beverly Hills, CA, debuted the very first bang bar in October.

Tina Dizon, celebrity hairstylist and founder of The Private Room, was actually inspired by fall hair trends to create The Bang Station saying, “I’m always trying to stay ahead of the trends by watching the runway and I noticed that bangs were a huge accessory.”

Starting at $20, The Bang Station offers seven different bangs styles—all tailored to fit each customer. For those who want short, heavy cropped bangs like Rose Byrne, go for The Cleopatra. The Bombshell is for fans of longer, full bangs and The Flirt gives you long, side-swept bangs. The Rockstar is full, heavy chopped bangs like those once sported by Katie Holmes, while the Starlet gives you fuller bangs like Reese Witherspoon and The Fringe offers longer, wispy bangs. And last, if you want short, wispy bangs similar to those that Michelle Williams sports, then go for The Pixie.

Also to know, before cutting a single strand of hair, your stylist at The Bang Station takes the your own hair type and lifestyle into consideration. The texture of the hair, how it falls, and the maintenance that the client wants to go through are essential to determining the right style. For example, The Cleopatra is a high-maintenance cut that might not be the best choice for a low-maintenance kind of gal.

Following the popularity of blowout and braid bars, this is definitely a bar that will stick. Especially since bangs require different degrees of maintenance to keep them at the desired length. Which bang style are you most likely to try?
