You’ve probably heard of the SodaStream machine—it lets you create homemade sparkling water in seconds—but the brand’s newest concentrate to hit the market has the ability to turn your water into wine.

As NY Daily News reports, the limited-edition “Sparkling Gold” liquid concentrate closely resembles a riesling (a fruity white wine) and features 10 percent alcohol by volume. One part concentrate mixed with five parts sparkling water yields 12 glasses of the booze, and its taste is said to be legit. According to a release, market research in Germany reflected 76 percent of testers enjoyed the Sparkling Gold just as much as French brands Moet & Chardon and Veuve Clicquot.

“SodaStream is changing the way people drink. Millions of people around the globe enjoy using SodaStream to transform their ordinary tap water into fresh sparkling water at the touch of a button,” said Daniel Birnbaum, chief executive officer of SodaStream, said in a release. “Fun and exciting concentrates give more users the opportunity to enjoy and even indulge in festive beverages this holiday season.”

It’s only available for purchase on SodaStream’s Germany online shop as of now, but we’re hopeful it will be introduced stateside soon. Cheers!
