The bright, ocean-view spot serves up fresh juices and healthy smoothies, each of which are geared toward tackling specific concerns. The spa recommends the Anti-Oxidant, a blend of orange, organic apple, organic cherry, cabbage, pomegranate, and acai, to help sun-kissed skin counteract the damage from the UV rays, and refers to the juice as “sun protection from the inside out.” The best part: The drink only racks up 145 calories for 12 ounces.

The Pore Perfector

Designed specifically to complement the spa’s full-body detoxifying Purist treatment, the Cornelia Signature Super Food Elixir’s algae blend may sound a bit too “green,” (even for leafy lovers) but the Cornelia lab’s version deliciously pulls it off—with the help of a hint of tartness offered by pomegranate juice—in a drink that promises to clean out your pores and improve skin quality.

Recipe:

1 Super Food Nutrient capsule, available at the spa; contains the active ingredient of Lithothamnium Calcareum (seaweed)

4 oz pomegranate juice

1/2 banana

1 oz vanilla soy milk

1 cup ice

The beautiful ocean views may be the most impressive thing at Cabo’s Esperanza, An Auberge Resort, but the poolside drink offerings undoubtedly come in a close second. Created by the chefs at the resort to serve as a “refresher” for both spa and pool guests, the prepared-to-order (and completely complimentary) Aguas Frescas are made from indigenous Mexican fruits, vegetables and desert plants like chaya, prickly pear and tamarind—and guests can opt to feast on them in frozen form as a popsicle. While the spas says all the drinks are healthy, they specifically recommend the Cucumber, Parsley and Carrot Aguas Frescas for skin benefits, as cucumber is “a natural rejuvenator that adds color to your lips, brightness to your eyes and skin.”

The Full-Body Energizer

From a DIY juice bar that lets guests blend their own custom-made juices to a lengthy spa drink menu of healthy mocktails, Queenstown Hilton has a bit of something for everyone. The eforea Energizer Mocktail Brief carrot-based concoction contains vitamin A, B, E and a mix of minerals that energize the body and, according to the spa, offer health benefits for eyesight, teeth, liver, skin, bones and hair, while the touch of ginger helps offset tiredness.

The Purifying Elixir

Thought your full-day juice cleanse was challenging? Brimming with some of the most antioxidant-rich fruits and polyphenol-packed green tea, this drink gives your body some serious free-radical fighting power—and a kick of caffeine in the process.

Recipe:

1⁄2 pint of blackberries

1⁄2 pint of strawberries

1 banana

6 sprigs of fresh de-stemmed mint

4 oz. strong iced green tea

Add ice. Pour all ingredients into blender on pulse speed. Serve in a glass.

The Peninsula Beverly Hills Spa’s organic antioxidant-rich Green Refresher combines parsley and kale with the sweetness and tanginess of apple and orange. The excellent source of phytonutrients—as well as vitamins A, C and K, and calcium—supply the skin with vital nutrients, and serves as one of the richest sources of lutein and beta-carotene, which the spa says improves skin elasticity and firmness.

Recipe:

1/4 cup Tangerine Juice

1/4 cup stemless Parsley, chopped

1/4 cup stemless Kale, chopped and blanched

1/4 skin on Red Apple

1/4 skinless Navel Orange

1/2 cup Crushed Ice

Puree all ingredients completely except crushed ice. Add crushed ice and puree until foamy head is created. Serve.
