The 7 Best New Products to Obsess Over This Month

Want to know what I can’t get enough of? These seven products rank high on my list of new must-haves!

1/7

Guerlain Abeille Royale EyeTech Serum ($130)

As if this nonstinging, nonitching, superluxe serum wasn’t enough to get me hooked, the unique take on the shape of the product applicator made me switch my standby scoop-out-of-the-jar eye cream for something new. I love how the design of the tube allows your finger to fit perfectly on the ergonomic applicator so you can massage the serum in just right.

2/7

Urban Decay Mascara Resurrection ($16)

This could be one of the coolest products ever! On days when I reapply mascara throughout the day, my lashes almost always end up looking worse—think crunchy, clumpy and spider-like (I always forget that nothing good comes from this). But, this clear, lash-reviving serum works by softening your lashes to “reactivate” your mascara for lashes that are long, separated and full of volume.

3/7

Shu Uemura Wonder Worker ($33)

The idea of air drying my hair isn’t one I’ll ever embrace, but as a beauty editor, I had to see what all the fuss was about with these new products that promise style and zero frizz when you forgo all forms of heat. I sprayed this semi-thick primer onto my hair and let it sit for a good 20 minutes, knowing I was definitely going to end up blow-drying afterward. Not only did it smell delicious, but it also took half the amount of time it normally takes to blow-dry my hair. And, it left my hair soft, shiny and pin-straight for three days!

4/7

Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Ultra Gentle Daily Peel for Sensitive Skin ($88)

I’ve sung my praises about how much I love Dr. Dennis Gross skin care products—one of my favorites for at-home peels and acid-based products. So, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on his newest miracle. These two-step, acid-rich, daily-use peel pads (use the exfoliating one first, then wait two minutes before applying the lifting one) don’t leave my skin, red, irritated or broken out. Instead, they  harness the power of soothing botanicals, exfoliating alpha hydroxl acids and calming oatmeal so you get all the skin glowing benefits with none of the unwanted side effects.

5/7

Phace Bioactive Illuminating Serum ($92)

Every skin type can benefit from a skin tone correcting serum. And this one, which is pH balanced so your skin doesn’t freak out (in fact, the whole line is) gives my skin a luminous glow sans any of the sticky feeling that some serums leave behind. Loaded with vitamin C, gallic acid, plant stems cells, licorice root and hyaluronic acid, this gentle serum works to lighten up everything from sunspots to acne marks and whatever else falls in between.

6/7

Bobbi Brown Luxe Lip Color ($35)

Known for her super creamy, wearable lip colors, this brand-new addition to the line doesn’t disappoint. I love it in Pale Mauve, a perfect shade of pale pink with a hint of rose to it; it leaves my lips feeling moisturized and soft while reducing the look of lines and flaking.

7/7

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Stick Foundation ($43)

The idea of using a stick foundation used to scare me—I always thought my makeup would end up looking heavy and caked on and it wouldn’t blend in properly. But all of that changed after I tried this one from Make Up For Ever. Besides the fact that I’m literally obsessed with this foundation—I’ve pretty much sworn off my standard liquid foundations for this one—I couldn’t believe how beautiful and flawless the coverage was and how long the makeup lasted for. Personally, I like to apply it with the Doll 10 Beauty makeup brush, which really gives a flawless almost airbrushed finish.
