Schmidt's makes the best natural deodorant I've found. They even have a version made for sensitive skin that's made without baking soda, and it comes in several different scents as well as fragrance-free.

Good stuff and some deodorants I've not heard of. I've tried Tom's, a crystal stick, Jason's and a couple others and never had a great experience. Recently switched to Rooted Athlete deodorants and have found they leave me stink free even after long endurance workouts where I sweat through my shirt!
