Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk
This dry shampoo takes care of everything from boosting volume to soaking up any dirt or oil. I swear, it even helps to tame frizz and flyaways. You can hear the spritz of the can at my desk every afternoon. $20, drugstore.com

Tory Burch Divine Bronzer, Blush and Highlighter Palette
This is the perfect palette for touch-ups throughout the day. The blush, bronzer and highlighter trio creates the most flattering glow for the office or any after-work activities. Plus, it’s super easy just to swirl, apply and go. $48, nordstrom.com

Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment
Regardless of the season, office air conditioning and heat dry out my lips. This lip balm is a staple, and for good reason. I use a tinted one that gives a flattering wash of color and keeps my lips protected for hours. Bonus: no mirror needed! $22.50, sephora.com

Diptyque Paris Baies Mini Candle
It’s always nice to add some style elements to your work area. Having a diptyque candle on my desk is such a nice touch, and even when it’s not lit, it gives off a lovely fragrance that everyone comments on! $30, diptyque.com

Deborah Lippmann Nail Polish in Naked
One of the perks of being a NewBeauty editor? In-office manicures! This polish is my go-to because it’s the most flattering hue I’ve ever tried and it’s appropriate for any season. $18, deborahlippmann.com

Tarte Lights, Camera, Flashes Statement Mascara
Not that I touch-up my mascara at the end of the day that much, but when I need to I always reach for this super black mascara. It makes my lashes thick and long and never clumps or flakes on me. $23, tartecosmetics.com

Japonesque Velvet Touch Finishing Powder
Pretty packaging aside, this is my go-to for tackling midday grease, which happens every single day. I love that it’s translucent, so I never have to worry about my makeup shifting in color. $26, ulta.com

Rodial Glam Balm Lip
I discovered this thick balm after my lips were left seriously dry and chapped post-injections. This balm became my savior. It gives a hint of shine to my lips and smells like fresh roses. I always keep it handy. $24, nordstrom.com

Chanel Rouge Coco Shine in Boy
I keep one of these in my desk drawer, makeup bag,  purse and my makeup drawer at home. It’s the perfect shade of sheer pink—not too pale, not too bright—and it always matches my makeup, whether I’m going for more of a natural look or full-on glam. $36, chanel.com

Votre Vu Duette Luxe Lip Balm & Hand Crème
Whoever created this product is smart: The cap houses a secret lip balm and mirror on top of the lotion dispenser (talk about double-duty!). It has a fresh spa scent that reminds me of Eau Spa at the Ritz. Now, if they could only make a coordinating bath gel, perfume and candle! $39, votrevu.com
