For most patients, instead of a facelift, it’s actually my preference to combine smaller procedures to restore youthful skin elasticity and facial proportions. There are a few options to consider.

Using the unique energy of Portrait PSR (left), your skin texture and elasticity improves over time. Treatments are tailored to your specific needs. The Contour ThreadLift and Composite ThreadLift gently restore sagging facial features without major surgery. Alone or combined with other simple procedures, these treatments can provide you with good alternatives to traditional facelift surgery. The Contour ThreadLift is usually performed under local anesthesia; incisions are typically very small. Most of my patients return to normal activities within days.

UltraSculpt liposuction in the chin and neck area can also reduce a jowly appearance, and the removed fat may be used to restore volume at your cheekbones and eyes. Skin excess can be trimmed with just a small incision near your ear.

Whether working with Contour Threads or other modalities, I prefer the synergistic approach. I believe it’s preferable to take away years without a major facelift.
