For some, pregnancy means being conscious about making healthier food choices around the clock and going to the gym when you can find the energy to, but for others, like Stockholm personal trainer Sara Wiss, it’s no reason to lay off the serious training in the gym. Although she took a break from her no-nonsense fitness regimen two weeks before her due date approached, it passed, so she got back in the saddle and visited the sauna and her gym to get the blood pumping and speed up the delivery (every pregnant woman’s first thought, right?).

At 41 weeks pregnant (three days before giving birth to her healthy baby boy), Wiss posted an Instagram of herself in the gym doing weighted pullups—full baby belly and all—with perfect form that left the internet with mixed feelings. According to her feed, the personal trainer and now mother is (obviously) no stranger to the gym and maintained her oftentimes rigorous workouts throughout her pregnancy, sharing that she hardly had to modify them for her heavier body. But, she does not recommend the intense cardio for pregnant women whose bodies are not used to the fast-paced workout or exercises similar. From chest presses to kettlebell workouts, Wiss did it all during her pregnancy, sharing progress photos and how-to videos on her Instagram along the way. And whether you agree or with or could do without her workouts later in her term, I think expecting mothers and women as a whole can agree she’s pretty inspirational nonetheless.
