Is it ever too late to start an anti-aging lifestyle? Absolutely not, say the anti-aging experts. A study in the Journal of the American Medical Association followed subjects ranging from 70 to 90 years old on a plan that featured a fruit- and vegetable-rich Mediterranean diet with moderate alcohol and some exercise. The researchers saw dramatic results: all-cause death risk was reduced by 50 percent, even in these seniors. Although it may take a little more work when you’re older, this study shows immense potential for reversing the aging process even when you think you’ve done most of your aging already.
