Rebel Wilson has declared 2020 her “Year of Health,” and she’s already showing off some impressive weight-loss results.
In early January, the Cats actress shared her resolution with her fans in a vulnerable and honest post. “Okay so for me 2020 is going to be called ‘The Year of Health,” she started. “So I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk, deliberately hydrating on the couch right now and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food, which is going to be hard after the holidays I’ve just had but I’m going to do it! Who’s with me in making some positive changes this year?”

Fast forward to yesterday, the 39-year-old posted a video of herself crushing an intense CrossFit-esque exercise on her Instagram stories; today, her trainer Jono Castano took to his page to show the actress some love.
“Friday vibes but @rebelwilson has been putting in the yards 7 days a week,” he captioned the post of Wilson rocking an all-black workout look. “Proud of you gurl,” says Castano.
The body-positive force has been adamant about her health goals for some time now, telling Entertainment Tonight her weight-loss journey began while filming Cats and has since lost between 40 and 50 pounds.
