Whether your skin-care routine has added a few steps to the mix or gone the simple route during the time spent at home, one thing is certain: Our collective beauty buying habits have changed.
Alicia Yoon, founder of Peach & Lily, is seeing that shift in two very specific ways on her K-Beauty site. “Our community is really leaning specifically into the skin-care products that help strengthen their skin right now,” she says.
“But they also love when they can give back.”
That mix has translated into a 30-percent growth on items in Peach & Lily’s Nourish Collection—a hand-selected group of products that all share the same goal of strengthening the skin barrier. Currently, 100 percent of net proceeds from the collection are being donated to City Harvest to help keep food on tables for families in New York.
Within the collection, Yoon says the single-most popular item has been the Peach & Lily KBeauty Rescue Balm ($28).
“This balm is incredible for providing relief and perfect for chapped hands, lips and any flaky spots, head-to-toe. A little goes a long way with this product and it doesn’t leave hands greasy.”
