Fad diets. There are literally thousands of them out there—and each one has it’s own following. There’s the Cabbage Soup Diet, the Master Cleanse, the Atkins Diet, the South Beach Diet, the Cookie Diet and so on.
But one thing they all have in common is that they don’t work for most people (or they do, but only temporarily). All too often with these types of diets, you also end up gaining even more weight than when they started. Sound familiar?
