Celebrities are by no means new to the fragrance scene-Elizabeth Taylor’s White Diamonds has been on the bestseller list since its debut in 1991. But lately, it seems that every A, B or even D-lister has their own personal fragrance, including Madonna. Hers comes out April 2012. While some stars actually have real quality fragrances, some are, dare we say it…a little tacky (sorry Britney Spears).
We prefer to stick with designer perfumes like Chanel N°5 and the new Fan di Fendi Eau de Parfum ($92). And while we can forgive our daughters and teens for wearing overpowering and super sweet celebrity perfume, we got to thinking: How about when we fall victim to the trend?
