Former Miss Universe and up-and-coming actress Olivia Culpo is obviously quite beauty-obsessed. However, a quick scroll through her Instagram page reveals she’s not just a Hollywood glam girl, but one who enjoys working out and living a healthy lifestyle as well (considering her fit physique, this isn’t too surprising).

So, in an interview with Culpo, we quizzed the actress on her go-to healthy meal, and her answer reveals a surprisingly easy dish to make. “I always gravitate toward a quinoa bowl with kale, some sort of a protein, and a vegetable like a sweet potato, roasted peppers or tomato—it’s healthy and delicious,” she says.
Although, for Culpo, wellness doesn’t just end with good nutrition—she also relies on a few supplements to keep her heath in order as well. “Every day I take a fish oil and a multivitamin, and I also take the Olly Flawless Complexion Gummy Vitamins ($13) because they taste so good,” she adds.
If popping a few supplements every morning is Culpo’s secret to her glowing skin and shiny hair, we’re certainly on board. However, her beauty advice doesn’t just end there, Culpo also knows a thing or two about avoiding annoying beauty disasters. “Those yellow stains on white shirts or the white stains on black shirts always kill me,” she explains, referring to the marks caused by deodorant (she recently partnered with Degree). “So, I use Degree UltraClear Black + White Dry Spray ($7) because it goes on completely clear and saves all my clothing from those awful gross stains—it saves me money.”
