One thing about Nikki Glaser is she’s not going to take herself too seriously, which plays a big part in her effortless candor when it comes to the often hush-hush world of plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments. Not only is Glaser celebrating her glow up on Instagram, but she also joked with Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon about her plans for total rejuvenation—a facelift—next year.
“Wait till the facelift,” Glaser said to Fallon. “That’s coming. August 2026. I’m gonna do it. I have no problem with that.” This is not the first time Glaser has been honest about her plans for plastic surgery, revealing ahead of this year’s Golden Globes that she had to postpone her browlift plans. “It’s the kind of procedure where you disappear for a while and then reemerge,” she explained on the upper face procedure. In terms of her 2026 facelift, Glaser (jokingly) shared her plan for post-procedure with Fallon. “You’ve got to do it subtly, so they go, ‘What’s she doing?’ and you can just go, ‘Just meditating more.'”
