It’s T-minus one week until the royal wedding, which means the internet is a-buzzing as Meghan Markle and Prince Harry get their last minute arrangements in order. For Markle, this includes some pre-wedding beauty and fitness prep.
According to Vanity Fair, the future duchess has been very health conscious as she gears up for her wedding day. As lovers of wine, both Harry and Meghan have cut back on their drinking. However, the actress still indulges in a glass of red wine at night to help destress.

This isn’t her only go-to to unwind. She also helps herself to relax through regular workouts. “Meghan has been doing regular exercise as a way of beating the stress,” a source told the online magazine. “She goes jogging around the park most days and starts every morning with some yoga and a meditation.”
On top of working out at Kensington Palace, Markle also enjoys Heartcore Pilates. Her instructor and friend, Heather Dorak, focuses on creating lean and strong definition.
Adding to her pre-wedding prep schedule, Markle has made an appointment with her long-time facialist, Nichola Joss, whose other celebrity clients include Alicia Keys and Kate Moss. Her signature facial involves massaging the face from inside the mouth to tighten facial muscles. “There’s no downtime so brides can have one the morning of their wedding,” Joss told the Daily Mail. “It helps release tension from the face, which can build up due to wedding stress.”
It’s still unclear who is set to do her makeup and hair for the big day, but time will tell and we just cannot wait to see.
