Layer Your Lashes

Topcoats are an essential part of any manicure. Even the quick at-home-polish-change is not complete without a clear coating. We even coat lipstick with gloss and apply finishing powders on our complexion so a topcoat for your lashes shouldn’t sound too outrageous.

Hourglass has just introduced Film Noir Lash Lacquer: a mascara topcoat. It’s worn over mascara for a little extra oomph. It’s great for transitioning your daytime look to night; the wet-look topcoat instantly adds length, volume and shine.

Applying false lashes is tricky, right? Now you can get the same look much easier (and without glue!). When I don’t want too much glam, I apply it just on the tips of the outer corner of my top lashes for a more natural look. Film Noir is exclusively available at Sephora, and I highly recommend it.
