There’s a lot that Kylie Jenner is known for, but if there’s one thing that’s defined her look the most over the last few years, it’s her lip fillers. After opting for filler for the first time at only 16-years-old, the reality star has been drastically plumping her lips ever since, and setting off an international filler trend in the process.

However, it turns out that the 20-year-old might be officially done with her lip plumping craze. In fact, a recent photo uploaded onto her Instagram account revealed much thinner lips  on the star,  causing many to wonder why she looks so different.

“She looks like the old Kylie here idk why,” one fan wrote in the comments, with Jenner responding, “I got rid of all my filler.”

While it’s unknown whether Jenner simply stopped getting lip injections or if she had them dissolved by a doctor, it’s certainly clear that her lips are significantly smaller. If she did visit a doctor to have them dissolved, New York plastic surgeon, Stephen Greenberg, MD, says the procedure is simple: “Hyaluronic acid filler can be removed with Vitrase—enzymes that catalyze the degradation of hyaluronic acid. If you let it go, it will dissolve over a span of seven to eight months depending on the type of filler. If you use Vitrase to dissolve it immediately, it can take anywhere from a few days to a week.”

Additionally, this past May, Jenner also mentioned that she isn’t considering any other plastic surgery procedures at the moment. Will her return to her natural look spur the next beauty craze? Only time will tell.
