One of the fastest-growing makeup lines of all time, Kylie Cosmetics is undergoing a makeover. In a recent Instagram post, 23-year-old founder Kylie Jenner explained why her brand’s website has been shut down. Turns out, the line is undergoing a re-formulation to ensure each product is clean and vegan, and the brand is debuting the new products on July 15.
“As some of you may have noticed my @kyliecosmetics website has been shut down for a little makeover,” Jenner writes in her post. “I started my makeup line when I was just 17 and I felt it was time to elevate and join the VEGAN and CLEAN family. I’ve been working hard to create the newest innovative formulas for you guys and I’m sooo excited to share with you all soon! stay tuned ??.”
In the comments section of her post, it’s obvious that fans and A-list friends are excited. Her sister Kourtney Kardashian commented saying, “VEGAN AND CLEAN now you’re talking my language,” while model Raven Tracy writes, “We love a vegan queen ?”.
According to a release, CEO of Coty Sue Y. Nabi says, “We are excited about the relaunch of Kylie Cosmetics with a reformulated range that is really at the forefront of everything Gen Z wants. Kylie Cosmetics is followed by many millions of people across the world. Our new online platform, along with selected retailers, allows consumers to buy their whole beauty routine in one space, from the cleanser to the moisturizer, the highlighter, or the lip color.”
While the products are currently under construction, the Kylie Cosmetics Instagram feed is also undergoing a makeover, as the brand has deleted all of their posts from before May 4. Since then, the brand has shared a few snaps of the newly-reformulated Lip Kits and Eyeliners, and we can’t wait to see what other products will be making a fresh debut.

To celebrate the launch of the newly-revamped brand, Kylie Cosmetics is hosting the brand’s first-ever live shopping event on July 15 at 9:15 a.m. PST. The event—it coincides with the launch of the new website—will allow customers to hear about Kylie’s favorite new products and shop them in real-time.
