Kim Kardashian West isn’t shy when it comes to sharing her favorite skin care treatments (remember her vampire facial selfie?), and considering she’s pretty much tried it all, she probably knows a thing or two about what treatments actually work. So, we can’t help but keep an eye on the latest procedures, products and treatments Kardashian West is fond of. The latest reveal? A strange-looking facial treatment that the reality star can’t get enough of—unsurprisingly, it’s a really good one.

According to an interview conducted by the Coveteur with Kardashian West’s go-to skin expert, Nurse Jamie, she absolutely loves face cupping. “The cupping facial encourages blood flow to the tissue and stimulates the lymphatic system to help reduce inflammation, which in turn smooths fine lines and wrinkles,” she explains, referring to the method of using cups to suction the skin upward using a vacuum-like effect. “Almost immediately, you will feel your muscles start to relax and any facial tension melting away. You’ll also notice plumper, fuller skin right away.”

However, that’s not all that Kardashian West’s favorite skin go-to revealed. She also noted that the way you’re sleeping may be sneakily causing wrinkles. “Side-sleeping on a cotton pillow causes you to crush your delicate skin and can also lead to those necklace lines,” she says. “Ideally we would all be sleeping on our backs.”

As for Nurse Jamie’s last bit of skin care advice, she says everyone should invest in lasers. “There is no exercise for the skin, and we stop making new collagen naturally at 25 [years old], so sometimes you need help from your friend the laser.” Because lasers can resurface skin and make wrinkles, fine lines and scars appear less noticeable, we couldn’t agree more.
