I truly dislike when people report I’ve lost a tremendous amount of weight in a short amount of time or when people claim I’m doing these ridiculous diets. It’s really setting the wrong tone. I believe in making lifestyle changes when it comes to my food.

“I truly dislike when people report I’ve lost a tremendous amount of weight in a short amount of time or when people claim I’m doing these ridiculous diets.” Kardashian recently tweeted, adding that “dieting is great, but dieting doesn’t typically create long-lasting results.”
Dieting is great but dieting doesn’t typically create long lasting results. I also believe that working out is so incredibly healthy and should be done to each individuals own rhythm of life. There’s no one size fits all when health and fitness.

Instead of partaking in crazy diets, Kardashian has been taking things slow in the gym and focusing on eating healthy for her body. Her recent workouts consist of light weights with lots of reps, body weight exercises with bands, and low intensity cardio on her treadmill.
Ultimately, it’s none of anyone’s business how Kardashian chooses to lose weight, however, we can’t help but approve of her decision to simply live an overall healthier lifestyle. After all, it’s much more doable than crash diets and boasts better results, especially in the long term.
