Khloé Kardashian is a busy woman—she is the founder of denim brand Good American, a main attraction on one of our favorite shows, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, a full-time mother and she is now a global spokesperson and equity partner of premium collagen blend range, Dose & Co (which launches in the U.S. today).
According to a release, Dose & Co was founded a year ago in New Zealand by naturopath and nutritionist, Libby Mathews, and her brother Ryan. Libby led the research and development process and used quality ingredients to conjure up the powdered formulas, which are worthy for their long list of wellness benefits and wide range of flavors to choose from like creamy vanilla and chocolate fudge.
Being a busy woman often comes with side effects and a big one Kardashian struggles with is hair loss. “After I was done breastfeeding, there was a big change in my hair and I’m assuming it’s from my breastfeeding [because that] is what I was told,” she tells People.
As it turns out, Libby struggled with the same post-pregnancy hair loss and voila! A friendship-turned-partnership was formed.
According to People, the 36-year-old star quickly fell in love with the collagen brand because it has very few fillers and artificial colors, but what she found most appealing was their mission: provide healthy, high-quality products at an accessible price point (nothing costs more than $35). Thanks to her help, Dose & Co is bringing their extensive lineup to the stands of Target and a handful of other stores.
However, Dose & Co is not the only one benefitting from this partnership—it seems to be a symbiotic relationship. According to People, now that Kardashian has been trying out the powders for an extended period, she’s seen a major difference in her hair, skin and nails.
With her 122 million Instagram followers, Kardashian’s partnership with Dose & Co is sure to meet the eyes of many in need of a collagen boost.
