Got a soft spot for fast food? Don’t worry, you’re not alone. Khloé Kardashian recently revealed that when she’s not eating meals provided by her personal chef, she enjoys hitting a local fast food chain once in a while. However, that doesn’t mean she’s scarfing down Big Macs at McDonalds, instead, the reality star has figured out how to eat healthy at what may be a few of the unhealthiest food destinations out there. Lucky for us, she revealed her exact meal choices in a recent post on her app.

According to Kardashian, when it comes to eating at McDonalds, she chooses the Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich, which clocks in at about 360 calories with 32 grams of protein. Unsurprisingly, Kardashian skips fries, soda and the option to supersize her meal while eating at Mickey D’s. On the other hand, she skips the meat options entirely while eating at Chipotle and instead opts for a Salad Bowl that’s packed with romaine lettuce, black beans, fajita vegetables, tomato salsa and guacamole. Unlike the rest of us, Kardashian doesn’t allow herself extra guacamole because it’s a whopping 230 calories for only 4 ounces.
At Taco Bell, Kardashian says she orders two Fresco Soft Tacos, which include shredded chicken, cheddar cheese and lettuce, and adds that her biggest word of advice for keeping your Taco Bell order healthy is to never ask for “anything smothered, fried or wrapped in a Dorito.” Lastly, she chooses a grilled chicken breast with sides of green beans and sweet kernel corn while ordering at KFC in order to get herself a meal high in lean protein and vitamins.
So, the next time you can’t resist your fast food craving, order one of Kardashian’s healthier options instead. Not only are they relatively low in calories, but Kardashian has snuck in some healthy veggies to make each meal a bit more nutritious as well.
