Khloe Kardashian’s fitness journey has been inspiring to watch. The 32-year-old has publicly shared her newfound commitment to working out and eating healthy during the past two years. Now she has a new reality show coming out soon called Revenge Body that is focused on fitness and weight loss, as well as her new Good American denim line. To promote her new denim line, she recently made a video with Vogue in which she demonstrates several great workout moves that promise to help sculpt your butt and, as she says in the video, keep you “looking fabulous in your denim.”

In the ’90s-style workout video, Kardashian demonstrates six butt-sculpting moves, adding that “for this workout you don’t have to go anywhere.” The video starts off with a warmup involving jump squats before moving on to a squat lateral raise, back lunges paired with side squats, a sandbag bridge (which, according to Kardashian, “works on the biggest part of your booty”), a one-leg deadlift with a kettlebell, and a clean squat with a sandbag. Most of us are familiar with squats and lunges, and the other moves—such as the sandbag bridge—are very easy to understand after watching Kardashian demonstrate in the video. As Kardashian notes, you don’t need to leave home to do this workout; plus, you can do most of the workout even if you don’t own a kettlebell or a sandbag.

Kardashian ends the video with some helpful advice: “Remember, you guys never regret doing your workout, you only regret not doing your workout.” And when the workout is as fast and easy as this one, it’s hard to come up with a good reason not to do it.
