According to Ballerini’s makeup artist, Brittany Leslie, the fragrance was the final touch before she took the stage. “I loved spritzing Kelsea with PHLUR’s Golden Rule fragrance before the Meet & Greet tonight,” Leslie said in a statement to the press. “It’s feminine and warm, just like her.”
More specifically, PHLUR Golden Rule Eau de Parfum opens with a sparkling mix of mandarin, pink pepper and pear before settling into a soft floral heart with a hint of creamy coconut. As it dries down, it leaves behind a warm, cozy blend of sandalwood, vanilla crema and benzoin.
“I wanted to capture the magnetic, alluring energy of a person with confidence and ownership of themselves” perfumer Frank Voelkl says about Golden Rule. “I mixed energetic, youthful notes with sensual undertones like sparkling mandarin layered against sultry jasmine and creamy vanilla.
