After giving birth only eight months ago, Kate Hudson is back with a killer body. In November, she announced via Instagram her plan to lose 25 pounds, hinting that the workouts would be in preparation for a movie role. Hudson stated that she wanted to be happy and healthy, not only for herself, but also her children.

Her progress, along with some healthy recipes the star enjoys, was documented for her fans through the Instagram account @prettyhappy. According to Women’s Health, Kate leaned on Weight Watchers programs to help monitor her eating and provide her with a healthy lifestyle plan. Her trainer, Nicole Stuart, also stated that Hudson relied on workouts such as Pilates and heavy cardio to get her body back. Now, as seen in her Instagram posted on Monday, her hard work has paid off—the actress looks better than ever.
