Kaley Cuoco isn’t afraid to get candid with her fans about her personal beauty choices. In a new interview with Women’s Health, the 30-year old star of The Big Bang Theory reveals that she’s undergone some procedures and is very happy with her decision.

“Years ago, I had my nose done. And my boobs—best thing I ever did,” Cuoco tells the magazine. “Recently I had filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12.” According to previous interviews given by Cuoco, she opted to get breast implants when she was 18 years old.

“As much as you want to love our inner self, you also want to look good,” the actress says about her elected procedures. “I don’t think that you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”

But Cuoco isn’t just relying on surgery to look good—she credits a disciplined diet and exercise routine for her enviable physique. When it comes to eating, her trick is always just to eat only half her plate. “We eat our entire plate and by the end we just want to fall over because we’ve totally overeaten. If you’re still hungry eat it later, but if you think about it you don’t really need it.”

“I’m not 21 anymore,” she said of her changing routine. “But you’re getting a little older and I’ve got to cut things out. It’s important. Working out is part of my day, eating right is part of my day.”

In a world where celebrities barely admit to working out regularly, much less open up about elected procedures, it’s refreshing to hear a star talk about her beauty choices without shame.
