Being a hairstylist is tough, and while many people dream of success in the industry, few have achieved the level of recognition of Justine Marjan. Today, the receptionist-turned-hair aficionado is not only TRESemme’s head stylist for fashion week, but she’s also on speed dial for big-name A-listers.

“I’ve been doing transcendental meditation for years, and it keeps me focused on the present,” Marjan shares.
