Reloxin is now entering final phases of FDA trials and making its way into select plastic surgery and dermatology offices around the country. So if you come into your doctor's office seeking treatment with Botox, you may be offered to participate in a clinical trial for Reloxin. Botox Cosmetic is currently the only FDA approved botulinum type A for cosmetic injections. The unofficial feedback on how Reloxin differs from Botox: it has a higher dispersion, which means that the muscle contraction at the point of injection is relaxed, but so too, is a more of the surrounding area for an overall relaxed and younger you.
