I used to be the type of girl who saw nothing wrong with using the same concealer for both blemishes and the under-eye area. Who knows what took me so long, but I finally realized I’d look far more flawless if I opted for an eye-specific concealer and a blemish-specific concealer, especially if the latter did much more than just cover.

I went for Murad Acne Treatment Concealer, not only because the oil-free formula wouldn’t clog my pores even further, but because it contains zit-zapping ingredients that speed up the clarification process.

The concealer’s salicylic acid does a first-rate job of helping to clear up any bulging blemishes while stopping new ones from sprouting. It gets a little help from polyphenols, which keep sebum under control. And so the treated area doesn’t look or feel treated, bisabolol keeps skin calm.

Now if only I could find an under-eye concealer that did more than just cover the evidence of a late night…
