However, as reported on by StyleCaster, hairstylist and founder of Beachwaver Co., Sarah Potempa, just revealed her super easy hack for keeping flyaways tame. Potempa posted the trick on Instagram with a picture of actress Brie Larson on the red carpet for the premiere of Avengers: Infinity War.

Potempa, who styled Larson’s hair for the event, says she achieved the A-lister’s straight, sleek look with two easy steps: First, she sprayed a brush with hairspray before brushing it through Larson’s hair. Then, she sprayed hairspray on the flyaways and rolled the actual can of hairspray over them to “lock them down.”
And judging by Larson’s smooth locks, it really works! Who doesn’t love a cheap, easy hack? This is definitely one to try come summer when humidity takes over.
