With the holiday season approaching, chef and author Giada De Laurentiis has already picked her winter essentials for the season. From the shower to the streets, the 54-year-old star delved into the products and accessories she simply cannot live without in an interview with The Strategist, including a viral body scrub you need on your radar.

With her love of skin care kick-starting at the ripe age of 14, De Laurentiis swears by the OSEA Salts of Earth Body Scrub ($48). Being sensitive to fragrant products, she explains that this scrub has the perfect balance of natural scent and buttery texture, and using it before shaving or moisturizing will replenish your skin and leave you smoother than ever. “This gives me velvety, buttery, moisturized skin I want to touch all the time,” she says.
Another rose-tinted product she adores is NARS Afterglow Lip Shine ($28). It has been De Laurentiis’s gloss of choice for years now.
