Gentle Exfoliation Makes Scents

Gentle Exfoliation Makes Scents featured image

I don’t use body scrubs regularly for fear of aggravating my stubbornly sensitive skin. But when it was looking dull and flaky, I decided to indulge. Knowing that my skin can be finicky, I sought out a sugar-based scrub. Finer than salt, sugar provides a much gentler exfoliation. I also wanted a scrub that smelled pleasant, you know, a scent that would elevate my shower to the next level without being overwhelming.

Level Natural’s Body Polish in eucalyptus lime fit the bill. The moisturizing scrub is a blend of raw sugar and natural oils that provide a perfectly gentle exfoliation. My skin was pleased, showing no signs of irritation or discomfort. What did show was smooth-to-the-touch skin that appeared revitalized and even in tone. And the sweet and fresh eucalyptus lime scent? Delicious. It heightened my bath time relaxation with aromatherapy, but didn’t linger out of the shower.

If you decide to scrub down too, twice a week is more than sufficient, but be sure to avoid sensitive areas and your face.
