According to the women’s razor brand Gillette Venus 30 percent of women use razors specifically designed for men. While some just sneakily borrow their husband or boyfriend’s razor out of convenience (been there, done that), most actually buy men’s razors because they believe they will get a closer shave.
The reality is, most women shave about 18 times the area a man typically shaves, and we’re removing hair from trickier areas- curvy or hard to reach places like the knees, ankles and the backs of calves-meaning we actually need a razor that’s designed specifically for all that shaving action.
Tell us: Do you shave with a man’s razor? Do you think it works better than a woman’s razor?
