In yet another win for clean eating, a former Costco executive is launching what is said to be America’s first USDA-certified organic fast-food chain.

The restaurant, Organic Coup, opened last month in Pleasanton, CA, and has plans to roll out 25 more over the next 14 months, according to Business Insider.

While the menu isn’t totally what you’d expect from “health food”—there’s basically only the option to get fried chicken, either in a sandwich, salad or wrap, and the only side is popcorn—everything is raised within the organic USDA standards, minus GMOs, toxic chemicals, pesticides, antibiotics or added hormones. Plus, the chicken is air-chilled and fried in coconut oil, which the company says is plant-based, doesn’t have cholesterol and is high in vitamin A.

One other difference: the price point. All meals ring in at $8.99 (a little higher than your typical fast-food fare), but, so far, all the local reviews seem to give Organic Coup a big thumb’s up for convenience and taste.
