After losing large amounts of weight, the excess skin that remains can be physically and emotionally problematic. No matter how toned you’ve become underneath, the loose skin may prevent you from wearing normal clothing or feeling comfortable in intimate situations. You should also keep in mind that you may need additional surgery down the line to refine results, but those procedures are typically less extensive.
