Rich in essential amino acids, hemp milk (which has no drug value) is a gluten- and dairy-free beverage that boasts an impressive nutritional content that few foods can rival: It’s high in protein; essential fatty acids; vitamin B, C and E; and minerals like iron, magnesium and zinc. With a taste similar to almond milk and a consistency that’s slightly thicker than rice milk, it can be added to coffee or cereal or enjoyed by itself.
