About My Practice

What does a consultation with you entail?

We discuss the patient’s concerns and expectations. My assistant takes photographs so I can provide a full facial analysis. I present the patient with several options to achieve their goals, all of which are discussed in detail. I make sure to thoroughly explain each proposed procedure and make sure the patient is fully educated on their choices.

Why do you think patients hesitate to have dental work done?

One thing that prevents people from having aesthetic treatment is uncertainty about the final result. Today, we have a variety of tools available to digitally or clinically preview the proposed results before the actual procedure.

About Me

How do you define success?

The most important thing to me is that my patient is completely pleased with the results of their aesthetic procedure. I want my patients to catch their reflection in the mirror and be absolutely happy.

How would your patients describe you?

I would hope they describe me as kind, caring and honest. I think it’s important to have an open dialogue, to give thorough information about what to expect and to comprehensively explain the details of the treatment.

What do you love most about your job?

Through prosthodontics I focus on function, and I believe that beauty and function go hand in hand. I feel a sense of gratification when I’m able to aesthetically improve a smile and enhance the entire face. Noting improves one’s face and mood like a beautiful smile.

A Minute With

  1. My motto

A properly crafted smile can transform every aspect of a person’s life

  2. My philosophy

Use minimally invasive techniques to set the standard for providing amazing aesthetics

  3. The biggest misconception about my field

I’ve never agreed with the statement that beauty requires sacrifice. I’ve spent years looking for a solution to enhance smiles while preserving natural tooth structure. I’ve developed conservative techniques that allow my patients to experience the utmost comfort during their dental procedures while achieving positive results

  4. What sets my practice apart

We pride ourselves on our ability to help a patient discover their best self using state-of-the-art, cutting-edge procedures that remove less tooth enamel and structure, achieving a more functional, beautiful smile

  5. My ultimate advice for a stunning smile

Brush after every meal and every cup of coffee or glass of wine. But more importantly, smile often! To quote Phyllis Diller: “A smile is a curve that sets everything straight.”

  6. What is your biggest accomplishment?

Through years of continuing education, research and clinical experience, I have mastered conservative and noninvasive techniques to address each patient’s desires and enhance the beauty of their natural smiles

  7. How do you ease patient fears?

My practice caters to those with dental anxiety. We offer pretreatment conditioning by using aromatherapy, relaxing music and medication. We allow our patients to maintain control during treatments and fully explain all elements of the procedure so that they are completely comfortable. Our practice also offers sedation dentistry and I actually co-authored a book on the subject entitled The Fearless Smile: Overcoming Dental Phobia

  8. The future of my field

  1. Why did you choose to focus on Lumineers?
    What our experts say:

I’ve always been concerned with the unnecessary removal of sensitive tooth structure in order to achieve a satisfactory aesthetic result. Thanks to Lumineers, I can achieve spectacular aesthetic results without administration of local anesthesia, and with minimal discomfort.
