Philosophy

Making sure it all starts with a smile, Dr. Joe Kravitz knows the journey to a brand new smile is not an easy one for most patients. “People who have crooked, broken or missing teeth are devastated. There is a fear of intimacy and loss of hope,” he says. “Most of our patients are women who have spent their entire lives taking care of everyone else. Now it’s time for them to take care of themselves and we help them see that there is help and hope.” Entrusted by his patients to care for one of their most important facial features, their smiles, he and his staff do not take the task lightly. “When we renew someone’s smile, we rejuvenate their soul and help reignite their passion for life,” adds the dentist. “I was born with a severe stutter that I had to overcome, which has given me an empathetic need to help others, and it all starts with their smiles.”

"I was born with not the best teeth in the world but nevertheless my teeth look and feel beautiful and I can show off my smile at any time. Dr. Joseph Kravitz - Dr. Joe - deserves the credit for all this. The implants that he made for me already 20 years ago are holding up flawlessly and I have never had issues with any of them. For some of them Dr. Kravitz needed to “grow some extra bone” so the implants could receive the necessary stability but the entire procedure although it took several months to complete went smoothly and completely pain free. My latest visit to the friendly office of Dr. Joe happened just recently, a couple of days after a long trip to Germany. There, at a busstop a large bridge came loose which left me devastated. At home I got an appointment promptly and soon was reassured by Dr. Kravitz that he would be able to fix my situation INSTANTLY! After 20 years the technology obviously had improved tremendously. Within 2 1/2 hours Dr. Kravitz extracted the tooth - one broken pillar of the old bridge - inserted 2 implants into the gap and finished everything off with temporary crowns. It was hard to believe that so much could be accomplished in such a short time! I left the office, a little numb but pain free and happy about my new good looking implants.
