About My Practice
In what ways are your staff members internal patient ambassadors?
All of my team members have already had plastic surgery, so I match patients due to have the same procedure with these internal ambassadors, giving patients a support network to call on if I am in surgery or if they just want to identify with a peer.
How do you show patients you care?
I call them at home before and after their surgeries. They always tell me how surprised they are, as many have never had doctors do this before.
In what ways are you and your staff patient minded?
We focus on convenience, availability, experience and support. Our facility is home to a thriving practice dedicated to the cosmetic enhancement of the face and body. We offer Saturday and evening hours to accommodate busy professionals and show respect for their schedules. I also choose to perform all surgeries myself rather than expand my practice and bring on another plastic surgeon. In turn, I receive more patient ambassadors willing to testify on behalf of their experience.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I love hearing satisfied patients say, 'I'm glad I did it!'

As having made a special difference.
What do you do in your free time?
I train for triathlons.
