About My Practice
Which surgical advances are you excited about?
The surgical options for massive weight-loss patients are remarkable and continue to improve. After patients lose a tremendous amount of weight, and improve their health, they still have a significant amount of excess skin and laxity. The surgeries that can fix this problem have a large cosmetic component to them, and this is an area that continues to see great improvement. Post-bariatric surgery is most gratifying to me, as weight-loss patients are ecstatic about their wonderful cosmetic results.
What is your most requested procedure?
A lot of requests for procedures are seasonal. In the fall and early winter I perform a large number of facial aesthetic procedures such as facelifts, rhinoplasties and necklifts. As we move into spring, and summer is nearing, patients tend to request body contouring procedures such as breast augmentation, abdominoplasty and liposuction.
What is your philosophy?
My goal is to help my patients look and feel their best in the most natural way. It requires a certain level of thinking outside the box to attain maximum results. My consultations are lengthy because I want to fully understand what my patients desire, what is most important to them and how I can achieve their goals. I fully appreciate the importance of the decision to undergo surgery in a person’s life.
About Me

I enjoy making people happy. In addition, I appreciate the many nuances in anatomy and the tremendous creativity that is involved in my work.
What are your favorite procedures to perform?
I love all surgery, but facelifts are my favorite as they require a true art to attain natural, long-lasting results.

FAQs
- I am in my mid 50's although I workout and am in good shape I wonder if I am too old to consider a butt enhancementWhat our experts say:
Age alone is rarely used as a criteria today. Overall health, skin laxity, skin quality and donor site quality are far more important than age when considering body contouring. If you are interested in buttock enhancement then you should definitely visit with a board certified plastic surgeon to see if you are a candidate for surgery.
- I just has a tummy tuck and lipo done six weeks ago, I was wondering if i could get a brazilian but lift now or do i have to wait a certain amount of time? What our experts say:
There is no set rule regarding timing of surgery. It varies depending on the type of surgery. Generally, though, waiting 3 months between procedures should be done. I would recommend waiting at least 6 more weeks before considering surgery. You should revisit this question in person with a board certified plastic surgeon.
- If you workout a lot will you loss the fat that was just rearrangedWhat our experts say:
Where someone gains or loses fat is unpredictable. That being said, if one loses considerable weight they will likely lose some volume everywhere….including the area that may have been enhanced with fat grafting. Generally it is recommended for someone to reach their weight goal prior to undergoing surgery if at all possible.
- Which surgical advances are you excited about? What our experts say:
Hair restoration is another exciting surgical advancement that has come a long way from traditional hair transplant surgery. Conventional hair transplants required surgeons to remove an entire section of the scalp from the back of the head. The scalp extraction created a permanent scar and patients often reported a “tight” sensation post-op. Now, NeoGraft offers a no-stitches, no-incision option to regrow your natural hair. Patients are reporting seeing results as early as three months, which is a great advancement for the treatment of hair loss.
