We’ll take EVERYTHING Christie Brinkley is having in hopes of looking half as good as she does at 63 (she’ll be 64 in less than three weeks!), and as she just shared with New York Magazine’s The Cut, it might not be as hard as we thought—even sans the supermodel genes.

When asked what she eats for breakfast, Brinkley said she sometimes opts for the dinner leftovers route because she “can’t eat anything sweet in the morning. I get that crash. It has to be some protein.”
Sounds easy enough, but the real secret is what she sprinkles on next. “I use the Bio-K pill, it’s a kind of probiotic and they have a vegan and a dairy version. I take one of those, pour it over raw oats, and let it soak a bit while I get nuts and fruits.”
While the power of probiotics is definitely gaining more and more traction when it comes to the whole “gut health” thing, there’s also research that suggests there’s a skin-aging tie-in, as the “good bacteria” has shown benefits of fighting off free radicals when taken internally. Another beauty tip from Brinkley that we’ll be trying.
