Botox has recently been seen moving down from the forehead and to the bust line, being used a temporary solution for droopiness. When used off-label and injected into the pectoral muscles, which can pull on the shoulders and cause sagging, Botox causes them to relax so the shoulders don’t slouch and the breasts are lifted.
Most plastic surgeons are opposed using Botox or Dysport to lift the breast, and they question the benefit and reliability of the technique. In order to see a difference, a great deal of the product would need to be used, and it would probably be very expensive.
Additionally, a “Botox breast lift” doesn’t last as long as surgery-it’s purported to last just a few months-or offer comparable results. And only those who are on the small side (like an A or B cup), if anyone, are believed to get a noticeable benefit from the treatment.
